We work very hard to maintain uniformity and consistency with our products, however, there may be times our sizing may be slightly off.  If you have found that a glove does not fit according the sizing chart, here, then please let us know and we’ll work to make sure you get what you need.

We are working on creating cleaning and care documents for you to refer to as needed.  You can find that information here when available. For now, if you have any questions about care of your gloves or gear please contact our customer service department.

Warranty & Exchange Policy

Warranties

HWI Gear, Inc. is dedicated to customer satisfaction and provides this warranty as assurance of a quality product. HWI will provide prompt and courteous attention to your product requirements. HWI warrants its manufactured products, to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use and service for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must contact the dealer where they purchased the manufactured product prior to the end of the 1 year warranty period. It is HWI’s sole discretion whether to repair or replace the warranted product.

Exchanges

HWI Gear is happy to offer a quick and easy exchange program in order to ensure that our customers are offering the best fit products for their demographic. Products may be exchanged without a restocking fee, as long as another order of equal or more value is placed. Items must be new and unused, and free of foreign tags and barcodes. Customers must contact HWI’s customer service to obtain and RMA prior to sending back the items. Items may be exchanged within 1 year of purchase through the dealer where they purchased the manufactured product. The customer may be required to pay for shipping for the exchange.

Returns

Items may be returned within 1 year of purchase through the dealer where they purchased the manufactured product. In order to return a product, an RMA must be acquired by contacting HWI’s customer service prior to sending back the items. Exchanged items must be unused, unworn, and must be returned in original packaging, free of additional marketing or price tags. Returning items will require a 15% re-stocking fee. This fee will only be waived if the customer is replacing the returned items with an order of equal or greater value than the return.

1.       How do I know what size glove I wear?

Please see our easy-to-use sizing guide located on the website. (Combat Glove & Gear Sizing Chart)  We also have the sizing guide on the last page of the HWI Gear catalog (HWI Gear 2022 Catalog).  The sizing guide is great place to begin to find your desired size.  Each glove can fit differently based on its intended use.

2.       Where are HWI gloves and products manufactured?

HWI Gear manufactures products in many countries around the world and each product reflects the expertise of the region.  HWI Gear also proudly offers many products manufactured right here in the USA.  These products will be distinguished with a “Made in the USA” icon.  For more information on manufacturing you may email, Customerservice@HWIgear.com for a full list.

3.       Does HWI Gear offer a warranty on products?

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on all of our products. Please see more details above.

4.       How might I return an item purchased through your site?

To return an item, please contact customerservice@hwigear..com.  Our expertly trained customer service representative will happily guide you through the return process.

5.       Can I ship to a PO box, APO or AFO?

Yes, HWI Gear gladly ships to PO boxes, APO’s and AFO’s.

6.    Where can I buy your gloves?

We have a variety of vendors all over the United States AND internationally that sell HWI Gear products.  Please  visit our Dealers page to see a full list of US Dealers.  Our products are also available for purchase through our website.

7.    Do you ship internationally?

Yes, HWI Gear conveniently ships products all over the world on a daily basis.

8. What materials are used in your cut-resistant gloves?

Our cut-resistant gloves are expertly designed and lined with the highest quality materials.  HWI Gear offers gloves using Dyneema, Spectra and aramid materials.  These materials are designed to protect, while maintaining a comfortable, ergonomic feel.
