Warranty Coverage

• All HWI Gear products are backed by a 1-Year Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
• Coverage applies to the original purchaser under normal use.
• To make a claim, contact your dealer within the warranty period. HWI will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

 Easy Exchanges

• 1 Year to Exchange – Products can be exchanged within one year of purchase through your dealer.
• No Restocking Fee – When replaced with an order of equal or greater value.
• Requirements:
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Must be free of added tags/barcodes.
  • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) required before sending items back.
• Note: Customers may be responsible for return shipping.

 Returns

• Eligible within 1 Year of purchase through your dealer.
• Items must be:
  • Unused and unworn
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Free of additional tags/barcodes
• 15% Restocking Fee applies, waived if replaced with an order of equal or greater value.
• RMA required prior to return.

 Sizing & Care

• Fit Guarantee: If your gloves don’t match our sizing chart, let us know—we’ll make sure you get the right fit.
• Glove Care Instructions:
• Hand wash in lukewarm water with mild soap/detergent
• Use hands or a soft sponge to remove dirt
• Rinse thoroughly
• Gently press out water — do not twist or wring
• Air-dry only, away from heat or sunlight
